FUJI -9 HS POSTERIOR EXTRA  also known as GC Fuji IX GC Extra) is a high-strength, self-curing glass ionomer restorative cement optimized for posterior tooth restorations. It incorporates a strontium-based filler system (SmartGlass) to offer improved translucency, higher fluoride release, and a faster initial set than conventional self-cured glass ionomers.

Clinical Working Protocol

Powder-to-Liquid Ratio: $3.6\text{g}:1.0\text{g}$ (1 level scoop powder to 1 drop liquid).

Mixing Time: 25 to 30 seconds.

Working Time: Approximately 1 minute 20 seconds.

Final Finishing: 2 minutes 30 seconds from start of mix.
