All prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are subject to product availability at the time of confirmation.
Delivery schedules may be affected by import procedures, customs clearance, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly of any significant delays.
Delivery and installation will be provided where applicable. For deliveries within Dhaka, the complete delivery process will be managed. For locations outside Dhaka, customers are responsible for arranging transportation unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership of the products remains with the seller until full payment has been received.
Customers are requested to inspect the products upon delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies should be reported immediately.
Warranty, where applicable, is provided according to the manufacturer's terms and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Advance payments for specially imported or pre-order products are generally non-refundable once procurement has commenced.
