ELITE CEMENT 100  is a microfine zinc phosphate dental cement designed for the permanent luting of indirect restorations and for use as a supportive cavity liner. Its fine particle size creates an ultra-thin film thickness, ensuring precise crown seating, strong mechanical retention, and high compressive strength.

Kit Contents

Powder: 100 g bottle.

Liquid: 60 g (approx. 40 ml) bottle.

Clinical Working Protocol

Powder-to-Liquid Ratio: Typically 1.5g powder to 0.5g liquid (adjust consistency based on luting vs. base requirement).

Mixing Technique: Mix incrementally on a cool glass slab in small portions over 60 to 90 seconds to control the exothermic reaction and extend working time.

Working Time: Approximately 2 to 3 minutes from start of mix.

Setting Time: 5 to 7 minutes in the mouth.
