Active Ingredients & Composition (Per 1.7 mL / 1.8 mL Cartridge)

Articaine Hydrochloride (4% / 40 mg/mL): An amino-amide local anesthetic designed specifically for dentistry. It works by blocking nerve impulses to prevent pain transmission. Because of its chemical structure (incorporating a thiophene ring), it features high lipid solubility and excellent tissue diffusion.

Adrenaline / Epinephrine (as Adrenaline Tartrate / Bitartrate at 1:100,000): A vasoconstrictor added to narrow the blood vessels at the site of injection. This serves two critical purposes

Keeps the anesthetic localized to prolong the duration of numbness.

Reduces localized bleeding at the surgical or operational site to improve visibility.

Excipients: Typically includes sodium chloride (for isotonicity) and sodium metabisulfite (as an antioxidant to protect the adrenaline), formulated free of methylparabens to minimize allergic reactions.
